Affinity by Vantem homes built at the Vantem Lakeland plant - Operating since 2009, our Lakeland, Georgia plant has provided high-quality modular homes to a trusted network of builders across the Southeast. In 2023, we became part of Vantem's U.S. expansion, an exciting milestone that expanded our capabilities, increased our production capacity, and introduced new innovations to the modular housing market.

Today, the Vantem Lakeland plant builds our dedicated single-family modular home solution, Affinity by Vantem, offered across eight Southeastern states through a growing network of authorized builders and developers. As a vertically integrated provider, Vantem supports projects from start to finish, including financing guidance and transportation logistics.

To date, we’ve built more than 1,000 Affinity homes, delivering over 2.2 million square feet of energy-efficient, code-compliant, comfortable living space to satisfied builders and their homeowners. As demand continues to grow, Vantem’s expanding U.S. network now has the capacity to produce up to 1 million square feet annually, spanning both Affinity’s single-family solutions and Vantem’s broader portfolio.

In addition to single-family housing, Vantem’s broader portfolio includes modular solutions for multifamily communities, senior living developments, and hospitality brands, delivering energy-efficient, climate-resilient buildings at scale. Learn more here >

Modular Advantages

Factory-built modular homes offer many advantages. Units are built in a controlled environment, therefore none of the materials used in the construction process have been exposed to the weather. Our modular structures are built to the same building codes as traditional site-built construction and are installed on permanent foundations. Every Affinity home has market leading-energy efficiency, and the structural resilience to withstand wind speeds up to and including 180 mph.

See Vantem Lakeland's market-leading factory-built construction process and tour the Kingfisher model home. These open house events are held quarterly and are designed for educational purposes only. Inquiries pertaining to specific questions regarding your project, such as pricing or decor, will not be discussed during this time. We will be happy to schedule a time to speak with you during our normal business hours.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled open house, we also offer individual factory tours by appointment. Please contact your builder to coordinate your visit. Individual tours are available Monday–Thursday at 2:00 PM.

The factory may be in production during the tour, so safety glasses and a vest will be provided and are REQUIRED to be worn. Please keep in mind that you will be standing/walking during the entire tour.

Occasionally due to a weather event/power outage and/or safety concerns we must cancel the regularly scheduled tour at the last minute. Please call the day before to make sure the event is still scheduled.

*If you need special accommodations, please make arrangements with our office before your visit. We’ll be happy to help.

How to RSVP

  • You must RSVP to reserve your spot by the Wednesday before the event.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour begins. The doors are locked promptly at 11 am, and no late entry is allowed.
  • Must be 18+ years old to attend.
  • No animals allowed – except service animals.
